Privacy Policy

Telepilot ("we", "us") manages tools for Telegram channel scheduling and automation. This document describes how we collect and process personal data, in compliance with EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

Data collected

  • Identifiers: Telegram ID, username, profile photo URL (from Telegram OAuth); Google email and photo (from Google OAuth); password (hashed, if local login).
  • Usage: managed channels, scheduled posts, repost rules, AI prompts, IP address at signup, last login.
  • Payments: PayPal subscription ID and email (only what PayPal shares with us). No card numbers are stored on our servers.
  • Communications: messages sent to the support bot or via referral program.

Purpose

  • Provide the service (scheduling, reposting, analytics).
  • Process payments via PayPal.
  • Send transactional notifications (welcome, payment confirmation, referral payouts).
  • Fraud prevention (referral self-attribution, spam blocking).

Third-party processors

  • Telegram โ€” message delivery (telegram.org).
  • PayPal โ€” payment processing (paypal.com).
  • OpenAI โ€” AI text processing (openai.com). Only your post text is sent; we don't share personal identifiers.
  • AWS / hosting provider โ€” server infrastructure.

Your rights

  • Access, rectification, deletion: write to the support bot or via "Contact support".
  • Data portability: request export of your posts and channels.
  • Withdraw consent: cancel your account at any time.

Cookies

We use session cookies (login) and a 30-day referral attribution cookie. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. On deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days; anonymized usage logs may be retained for legal/security reasons.

Minimum age

The service is not intended for users under 16. If you are a parent and believe your child provided us with data, contact us for removal.
