🚀 Quick start

Telepilot lets you manage Telegram channels: schedule posts, automate reposting, analyze engagement, edit content with AI. Use it via web (telepilot.me) or Telegram Mini App (open the bot).

1. Sign up: click "Login with Telegram" or "Continue with Google".
2. Connect a Telegram account: Account → Telegram session. Without it, repost and advanced analytics are disabled.
3. Add your channels: the Channels page finds them automatically once your TG account is linked.
4. Create your first post: Posts → New post, write, pick channel and time, send.

✏️ Posts: create & schedule

The editor supports formatted text (Telegram HTML), single media, album/mediagroup up to 10 photos/videos, premium emoji and colored inline buttons (Bot API 9.4).

• Formatting: toolbar B/I/U/S, link, blockquote, spoiler. Markdown (**bold**, [label](url)) is auto-converted to HTML on save.
• Album: drag multiple photos into the composer or forward a mediagroup to the bot — it's saved as a draft.
• Colored buttons: pick style primary, success or danger per button.
• Scheduling: pick local date/time (your timezone is respected). Auto-delete option for ephemeral posts.
• Forward to bot: forward any message or album to the main bot — becomes a reusable draft.

🔁 Auto-repost

Copy or forward messages from a source channel to one or more destinations, with filters, text replacement rules, and scheduling.

1. Reposts → New repost, pick source + destination channels.
2. Scheduling: daily/one-shot triggers, or periodic interval (every N minutes).
3. Filters: include/exclude messages by keywords.
4. Replacements: text/regex rules to edit messages on the fly (change links, add CTA).
5. Mediagroup: "single posts" option to split an album into N separate posts.
6. Send mode: copy (clean new message) or forward (classic forward with attribution).

The repost History tab shows every send with timestamp and link to destination message, editable directly from there.

📡 Channels & analytics

On Channels page you see all channels you have rights on (admin/owner via linked TG account) + source channels of your reposts.

• Followers + variation +/- 24h / 7d / 30d
• Views 24h and 7d (average per post)
• ER (Engagement Rate): badge 🔥 high (≥30%) · ⚡ medium (10-30%) · ❄️ low (<10%). Only for channels with ≥100 subscribers.
• Categories: group channels for quick filtering or bulk send.
• History tab (for admin channels): all posts sent to that channel with the ability to edit them live.

🤖 AI: write & rewrite

Text generation and rewriting via OpenAI gpt-4o-mini. Works in the composer (web + Mini App) and for reposts (on-the-fly caption rewrite).

• 🤖 AI button in the formatting toolbar → type instruction (e.g. "Translate to English", "Add emojis", "Make it shorter").
• Generate from scratch: leave the text empty and write only the prompt ("Write a post about aromatic coffee...").
• Quota: each plan includes AI credits/month (Free 0 · Pro 20 · Business 100). Extra packs available (50/200/600).

🪄 Post Enhancer (bulk edit)

Retroactive editing of already published posts: apply filters, replacements and AI rules in batch across a channel's full history.

• Pick channel + message range (e.g. last 500 posts)
• Add filters and replacements (text/regex/AI rewrite)
• Review mode: preview changes before applying
• Copy mode: republish edited posts in a second channel (useful for backup or migration)

Available from Pro plan. Quota: 10 tasks/month (Pro) or unlimited (Business).

💎 Plans & payments

Three plans:

• Free: 1 TG account, 3 channels, 5 scheduled posts, 2 active reposts. AI ❌.
• Pro €14/month (or €120/year): 3 TG accounts, channels ∞, reposts/posts ∞, Post Enhancer 10 tasks/month, 20 AI credits/month.
• Business €35/month (or €300/year): TG accounts ∞, everything ∞, 100 AI credits/month, priority support.

Payment via PayPal (monthly/yearly subscription + one-shot AI packs). Auto-renewal until cancellation (cancel via PayPal anytime).

🎁 Promo codes

If you have a code (e.g. from a Telegram group campaign), enter it on the Pricing page in the "Promo code" field and click Redeem. The code automatically extends your plan (or upgrades you) for the days specified.
