Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. The change is immediate and the cost is prorated against the remaining days.
What happens if I exceed Free plan limits?
The platform shows a message indicating the limit and suggests upgrading to Pro. Existing data is not deleted.
Do AI credits expire?
Credits included in a monthly plan reset at each monthly renewal. AI packs bought separately never expire.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed by PayPal, a trusted global payment processor. Telepilot never sees or stores your card data.
What are Post Processor "tasks"?
A task is a single bulk operation: pick a channel, set filters and replacements, and the platform automatically edits all matching posts.
